D ie Degustation des vom Sklaven mitgebrachten Weines wird von Expertinnen durchgefuhrt – der wunderschonen Goddess und mir. Der Vorgang des Verkostens verlauft in mehreren Phasen.
Zuerst erfolgt d ie Beurteilung durch das Auge. Schutten Sie den Wein mit voller Wucht in d ie Sklavenvisage, um zu sehen, ob sich “Tranen” bilden.

Der Abgang. Diese Phase dient zur Beurteilung des nachdauernden Eindrucks. Nutzen Sie dazu einen Kieferspreizer, um dem Probanden auch den vollen Geschmack in Mund – und Rachenbereich spurbar werden zu lassen, und schenken Sie d ie gesamte Flasche ein. Je nachdem wie lange das Gurgeln zu horen ist, spricht man von einem langen oder kurzen Abgang.
